Adam gets pretty annoyed at me because I'm hesitant to dress him. He has this really cool, easy-going style. He usually pairs well-fitting jeans with a shirt and some non-sneaker shoes. I think he looks hotsa mototsa and really don't want to change it.
He, on the other hand, wants tips. He wants the insider deets. He wants to up his style factor and wishes I would help.
So, I'm finally giving in.
Here are some tips, IF your boyfriend needs them, for taking it up a notch. These jackets are all available from Canvas Lands' End.
#1: DO Layer Up.
Play with prints and solid colors for a cool layered look. This is also good with the changing temperatures. You can simply peel off layers, if it gets too hot. This jacket looks lightweight enough for layering.
#2: DO Try On-Trend Colors.
Ox Blood, anyone? This color is smokin' hot for Fall and it's okay to experiment with trends, even if you're not usually a trendy person. Try them in doses and safe styles, like
this classic toggle jacket.
#3: DO Go Bold
I know bright blue isn't usually a 'manly' color but step out of your comfort zone and bring some Spring into your Fall wardrobe.
This down vest is perfect for that.
#4: DO Try Prints
This is a major step for most men. I know! But you can do it! I believe in you! Try a muted print, like
this one, for a look that is still masculine and very handsome. Hello!
#5: DO Go Classic
If you don't have a basic blazer in your closet, get thee hence to a store and buy one asap.
This one can work for so many occasions. The color is also super versatile and very Fall.
Are you happy, babe?! :)
