I had a chance to go backstage at the Emerson Spring 2013 show for Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa at Lincoln Center. Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa did the hair for the show. I talked with National Creative Director and Master Stylist, Zahir Ziani, about their direction. Zahir said that they wanted to channel Emerson's romantic rocker vibe. They did teased braids that started on the forehead and wrapped all the way around the head. It was so boho chic! I loved it! I attempted to try it this morning but couldn't figure out how to get my braid on my forehead :(
