Yesterday, I covered the essence Fall/Winter 2012 Launch Event at Dashing Diva for Lady And The Blog and had so much fun! I got a pedicure in lilac (obsessed with lilac) and got a chance to relax, after a long day.

I already use essence Multi-Action False Lashes Mascara every morning and was excited to learn about the rest of the brand. My favorite thing about essence is their focus on being healthy, with cosmetics. For instance, their nail polish, at $1.99, is free of formaldehyde, toluene and emollient phthalate. It's hard to make a high quality product that is good for the consumer, while maintaining an affordable price point. I love that essence achieved this.
